This year, 47 out of 696 applicants, representing 7% of those admitted, were selected for the scholarship.

The application process for the 2024 KTH Scholarship opens on December 1, 2024, and closes on January 15, 2025. Eligible applicants must prioritize a KTH master’s program as their first choice and pay the required application fee. The scholarship does not cover living expenses, requiring students to finance personal costs during their studies in Sweden.

Scholarship Benefits

Recipients of the KTH Scholarship enjoy full tuition coverage for their master’s program, contingent upon meeting academic requirements after the first year. The scholarship does not extend to joint programs such as Erasmus+ or EIT Digital, though other funding opportunities may be available for these programs.

Application Process

Applicants are advised to follow these steps:

  1. Program Selection: Choose from 62 master’s programs at KTH.
  2. Admission Requirements: Ensure compliance with program-specific and general admission criteria.
  3. Application Submission: Apply through Sweden’s University Admissions system by January 15, 2025.
  4. Document Submission: Upload required documents and pay the SEK 900 application fee by February 3, 2025.
  5. Admission Results: Check results on March 27, 2025.
