The Federal Government has awarded the University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH) the title of “Best Hospital in Effective Service Delivery” in recognition of its outstanding performance in healthcare services.
The award, presented by Abdull AIi El-Zaki, Head of Reform Coordination and Service Improvement at the Federal Ministry of Health, acknowledges UBTH’s exceptional dedication to patient care and customer satisfaction.
El-Zaki conveyed the recognition on behalf of the Coordinating Minister of Health and Social Welfare, urging the hospital to sustain its commitment to quality healthcare.
“By this award, it is expected that your dedication towards providing quality healthcare services and ensuring customers’ satisfaction will be significantly and sustainably maintained,” El-Zaki stated.
This accolade highlights UBTH’s pivotal role in advancing Nigeria’s healthcare standards and fostering public trust in medical institutions.
