The University of Abuja has announced the appointment of Mrs. Islamiya Abdulraheem as its acting registrar. The decision was made during the institution’s 71st Extraordinary Governing Council meeting held on November 5, 2024.
Mrs. Abdulraheem, who previously served as Deputy Registrar, overseeing the Vice Chancellor’s Office and the Establishment division, will officially assume her new role on November 12, 2024.
She will succeed Malam Yahaya Mohammed, whose tenure as registrar concludes on the same date after five years of service to the university.
